Welcome Anders...

My due date is supposedly 24th Oct, after being 1 week overdue and keeping everybody in suspense. My mummy and daddy decided to induce my birth today. There was a slight drizzle that day and it was difficult to get a cab. When we decided to call for a cab, an empty cab come along. Finally, we are on the way to the hospital and experienced the most expensive ERP at that time.

Birth story
0845 - My parents reached Mount E Delivery Suite 7
0900 - Mummy changed into the robe and was put on CTG. Regular contraction detected at 7-8 mins interval. However, there is no pain. Doctor was called and enema was put in. Perhaps there was no need to put in tablet to induce since there is regular contraction
0915 - Doctor check and no dilation. Tablet was inserted to induce
1000 - No effect and mummy was advised to walk around in the hospital
1200 - Lunch Taken, stayed in room and walk about
1500 - Doctor here to check dilation and found that water bag leaking. Hence, doctor broke the water bag and was put on drip to hasten contraction. Dilation 1 cm.
1900 - Mummy begin to feel contractions. Dilation 5-6 cm. She started to use breathing technique to relieve the pain
2100 - Dilation 8cm, she started to use entonox gas
2300 - Dilation finally reach 10cm. Doctor was here and was told mummy to push. However, after 3 pushes i'm still not out yet and Doc had to use vacuum and forceps
Crying sound heard and i'm born =)
