2 more pearlies...

My bottom 2 pearlies have not pop out fully and my top 2 pearlies are showing.. Grandma spotted them today.. No wonder my gums feel so itchy... The top 2 pearlies looks big and there is a gap between them just like the bottom 2... Very soon, i can start biting.. Beware....
