My 1st Birthday Bash....

Mummy and Daddy celebrated my 1st birthday bash @ Aranda Country Club on 25th Oct.

Preparations started a month before...

a) Venue - Thanks to Uncle Roti who helped us book the room on the ground floor making the BBQ easier.. the rooms are very spacious and we stayed over on both nights.

b) Cake - A big headache with most of the blogger homemake cake being fully booked. Finally settled for Pine Garden when mummy managed to get the pooh cake figurines from ebay.. Phew! It was a 2 tier cake with lychee martini and chocolate mango zest.. It was so delicious that it was totally wiped out!!!

c) Food - Hearing good raves about Neo Garden, mummy did not really do much research and ordered the BBQ food.. yummy!!

d) Balloons - Needless to say, auntie and uncle totoro did a great job in decorating the place! All the kids enjoyed themselves..

e) Photography - Mummy got a colleague to help out with the phototakings

f) Checklist - Thanks to auntie twinklestar and chersam who had their parties at the same place earlier, mummy had a list of things to bring so that she will not fumble on the last minute..

g) Invitation List - the not so creative mummy attempted to make my 1st year invitation card

My parents and grandparents invited all their friends and relatives over. It was very crowded but we sure had great fun!! I will like to thank all the aunties and uncles who make the party possible with their attendance! Yippee....
